Agreed, not cheery reading; however, it hit the wires at 1:31PM, and didn't seem to precipitate any mad rush for the door, and they were "street-smart" by putting it out on a Friday while everyone was tossing their cookies over the Dow and NASDAQ, so perhaps this is already built into the current price.
