BTW, I wouldn't call 21% Bulls extraordinarily negative, especially if we actually are in a bear market which may be a possibility. It may be high relative to recent levels but 1/5 isn't really that high. Also, as others have pointed out, the VIX and other indicators are low suggesting considerable complacency still. Maybe Mon will draw out the fear we need.
