Scrapps, I have to totally agree with you, I did not hear anything on the ADI conference call that led me to believe that ADI was building their own DSL chips without Aware. Nor did I hear anything that would lead one to believe that the ADI-Aware relationship will not last for years to come.
Here is transcript of the last question from the ADI conference call.

Q - A quick question for you on your relationship with Aware. At one point in the past you had indicated you were working on your own software solutions. Could you give us an update on how that's working and if your still going to be using the Aware solutions.
A - Well, you know, Aware has been our partner in this business for quite a while, and they have good expertise and good technology, so we are going to continue to work with Aware, at the same time we are going to be building capability inside, we have been building capability inside to do some of own developments. So it's really both of those are going to continue.

Q - So your solution is going to be complementary to Aware's as opposed to substitutional.
A - Yes, we think so.

As far as I am concerned this is a non-issue and I think it can be viewed as positive that ADI will be adding additional capabilities to their DSL chips which will allow them to remain a DSL chip leader in this ever increasingly competitive industry.

Scrapps -

First of all - how does a completely tongue in cheek statement like AWRE being a value play make it as a "COOL POST"? - yikes - don't they realize I was kidding?

Ok - you originally asked, "So we have CBS, Bloomberg & Cnet reporting the AWRE $100 share price target. Has anyone seen the actual reiteration...not the report of the reiteration?"

That is what I responded to - the Warburg reit revolved around the ADI call - and the analyst indeed mentioned ADI's development of a non-AWRE chipset as a possible dark cloud on the horizon - which we all know has been a non-starter for a couple years - NONTHELESS, it was mentioned by Warburg - and then pretty much dismissed in light of AWRE's huge leverage to ADI's exploding chip sales.

Clear?
