Who said I was speaking only about RESIDENTIAL real estate? Have you ever heard about COMMERCIAL real estate. Banks, which always get themselves in trouble, have the most risk exposure on commercial real estate.

Even your rambling about California having the only overheated residential real estate market is absurd. The overheating is taking place up down both the east and west coastlines.
