Don't get me wrong. This is a very serious situation. It would and could be more frightening if in the hands of the wrong person. The fact that David has discovered it and immediately brought it public and to SI's attention, tells me that there are very serious issues that SI needs to address and correct. If SI is not aware they exist, more than likely, they are not looking for them, therefore David would be very valuable as a troubleshooter and programer with this company.

how about a guy who goes in and robs a bank then tells everyone he shouldn't have been able to do it i mean, that excuse could be applied to every crime imaginable... i shouldn't have been able to embezzle i shouldn't have been able to forge signatures i shouldn't have been able to kidnap i shouldn't have been able to hack i've seen huge segments of the si community up in arms over things like little purple datek banner ads. now people are thanking someone for sabotaging the site.
