It was one of the hardest things I ever done when I put Maddie to sleep this yr..It haunted me for months and I still get teary eyed when I go to her resting place at the back of my property. I do feel some relief these days..she was my baby for 15 yrs..I will keep u in my prayers. Donnie

Cowgirl -- I'm very sorry to hear that. We lost our cat Nutso to an illness last year. She was with us for 14 years, and I still think about her several times a day. Our other two cats have filled the void some, though. I hope you have other pets around -- it really helps. Putting together a tribute helped me. Nutso's tribute is at employeesurveys.com .
