Let's see.

The Fed raises interest rates because the job markets are tight, signaling inflation because after all, if one has to pay more for production then it stands to reason they will have to charge more, right?

So, they raise rates, the economy slows and the above mentioned people go out of business providing plenty of workers, right?

So now, we have plenty of workers to work for the people who have gone out of business and the only businesses left are pretty well free to raise their prices because of a lack of competition, right?
