Actually, the reasons you cite are basically racist. They are also, as you say, natural. Racism is entirely natural, and deeply ingrained: for the vast majority of human history straying into the territory of "the other" would get your head bashed, simply because you were different. Just because something is natural doesn't make it good, of course: racism isn't good, and most of us know that. So we do our best to eliminate it, though we have not succeeded and may never fully succeed. Progress is being made, though, and even if we can't eliminate racism, especially among the non-thinking portion of the populace, we can eliminate policies and punish actions based on it.
