I think that it is nearly impossible to tell what RMBS should be worth. To me it is all based on the results of the lawsuit. If it loses the lawsuit it may not be worth even a third of the current price. I found that I was a terrible trader when it came to RMBS so I may end up losing money if that happens but that's OK.

It will very likely delay Wilamette volume ramp. And, if Intel wants to dump RDRAM and switches to DDR to facilitate a fast ramp, the management will look incredibly stupid and will lose a lot of credibility with the industry. Intel has put itself in no win situation - a lot of self inflicted pain is going to become evident in the next couple of quarters.
