Phil, (and you too, Jim),
I'd like to barge in here, with the suggestion that a
"Tri-Lateral Agreement", between WLGS, CLQ
and WIN, may be the way to go.

My memory is very old, and too short, but I believe that
CLQ will be negotiating for Cell Tower space, in return for
their supplying free 911 locator services.

For your info, Phil -- CLQ and WIN are two very closely
related (cooperating & friendly) entities.

The third leg of this group may very well be WLGS.

I would also suggest, that they run (not walk) over to the
next OFDM Alliance meeting with their "peer-to-peer" license free network sharing ideas.

Also, if Hatim seems interested in your idea(s) Phil --
by all means, demand a hat ! :-)

Cheers,
Mardy.
