KymarFye,

I agree in general with your post regarding the clown geniuses, but I see many, many traders on the threads claiming that they are anywhere from 50% to 90% in cash. Further, many of them claim that they are doing well with the swings up or down.

The one thing they do not talk about much are the stocks in their LT (core) portfolio. In general I would say they are not worried because they see prices returning to March levels.

Some of these people are good traders -- no question. I lost 20% of my portfolio in March before I figured out that the rules had changed. This did not hurt that badly given its appreciation since the beginning of the year.

My point is, I do not see any pain out there, just lots of gain. Either trading is easy or traders are lying, perhaps to themselves.

As an aside, I said on Thursday that we would go down hard on Monday, but now I see a lot of consensus; enough that I am beginning to smell a meltup. Lots of charts are so violated that they are embarrassed, so for now I'm sticking with the first call. Looking forward to fading an early rally -g-.
