There's that other article on Stockhouse from Speculative Investor (?) which raises concerns about the powers of the Exchange to change board members etc - which are the province of the shareholders, not the exchange. Frankly I hope some lawsuits flow from this - although I'm not sure of any basis for damages - yet. The release from the exchange is curious - it's as if the concerns of the exchange have still to be met - yet I see that the company has already taken some actions on personnel, etc. Perhaps we have some sort of weird time warp in play? Some are hoping for a resumption of trading on Wed. - but I don't know if this is correct. The Exchange has to be careful here - provision of a market for investors should be the primary objective. And, we have a lot of innuendo flying around which is damaging in itself

Wow, great piece by Geosmud !!! Proof that the Jolly Taxpayer crowd (aka: insiders for Hot New Discovery) has moved lock, stock and barrel to the pub in Wells, proof that Geosmud DOES NOT have a geological background but is an adept listener, especially in Company HQ ( aforementioned pub), AND that, thankfully, one person outside of the insider group will make money. Congrats, Mr. Wells Pub Owner. Bottom line : same piece of stinky, rotten Limberger cheese. Unfortunately, you've been had. Don't feel bad, that's their collective pedigree, emanating from the OLD VSE primordial swamps to bite you on the new, improved CDNX. Well, their next step is to interlist on the OTC BB. Fire away, David Baines, this is your specialty. P.S.: I hear the Wells pub may be up for sale, in about two months....
