Yes, you are right.

About 6 months ago, Sanders, in an interview, said that everyone think Intel never makes any mistake. He said, they indeed do but those mistake never comes up to surface because they have not been trying to catch up with any one. He then said, I am anxious to find out how mistake free Intel will be now that they got some heat behind them.

Intel management has no experience in catching up with the competition and it is showing. It is clutch time, and Intel is choking.
