I'm not sure. I never use margin enough to worry about the fine points in each stock.

Vicinity Teams with AT&T Wireless to Provide Location-Based Application
for AT&T Digital PocketNet Service

PALO ALTO, Calif., May 22, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Including Comprehensive Location Information on Hundreds of
Favorite Brands, Millions of Brick-and-Mortar Locations; Vicinity
Offers an ATM Finder Service Including Location Information on More
Than 288,000 ATMs

AT&T Digital PocketNet(SM) subscribers will be able to find the nearest
retailers, restaurants and services, including ATMs, thanks to a partnership
between Vicinity Corp. (Nasdaq:VCNT), a leading provider of Internet-based
marketing infrastructure services, and AT&T Wireless Services.

Through its Vicinity BrandFinder(SM) wireless application, Vicinity provides
AT&T Digital PocketNet subscribers with comprehensive location information on
hundreds of their favorite brands and millions of brick-and-mortar locations,
along with driving directions to those locations.

AT&T Digital PocketNet subscribers will have available and at their fingertips,
at anytime within the AT&T data service area, information on millions of
locations, including driving directions. Users can easily select from a number
of categories including "Food," "Clothing/Shoes," and "Banking." By simply
selecting a category, the user is provided with a list of top brands to select
from or can choose a selection that will provide any retailer or service
provider within that category that is the nearest to her. The user can then
search for nearest location by entering her zip code or by entering a complete
street address. When the nearest location is returned, the user can proceed to
telephone the retailer/service provider by pressing one button, receive
turn-by-turn driving directions, and scroll through additional nearby locations.
In the future, Vicinity will continue to add additional attribute information
for these locations, such as McDonald's with Playlands or the pick-up times at
FedEx drop-off locations.

"Vicinity has delivered an easy to use, mobile-centric application that allows
consumers to find the product or service they are looking for -- anytime,
anywhere," said Emerick Woods, president and chief executive officer of Vicinity
Corp.

For the first time, Vicinity is offering ATM Finder, enabling AT&T Digital
PocketNet users to access location information on the ATM nearest to them,
whether at traditional banks or at non-traditional locations like grocery
stores, from a database of more than 288,000 ATMs.

Users will simply select ATM Finder from the main AT&T Digital PocketNet screen
and then will be given the option of selecting a specific bank brand or "Nearest
ATM," for a general ATM search. By entering a zip code or complete address, the
users will receive location information on the nearest ATM. The user can then
select specific turn-by-turn driving directions to that ATM.

In addition to AT&T, Vicinity has established the following wireless
partnerships:

-- GTE Wireless Service will distribute Vicinity BrandFinder and
MapBlast!(R) over its service. Vicinity BrandFinder enables GTE
Wireless users to access information on millions of the nearest
retailers, restaurants and service providers from wherever they
might be in the U.S., and MapBlast! provides door-to-door driving
directions in the U.S.
