The HLYW ran from 10 to 35 a while back but then nothing materialized; however, it may take awhile as best seen in BNYN. At $6, $7 the downside "appears to be...." limited but the IPO windows is still closed. With a negative cashflow (if you concatenate their business) it is a matter of time when they get reel ready, otherwise they may sell at least a minority stake. And then you need buyers for reeldotcom..., and reeldotcom is tiny, seen as a B2C/retailer business. sec.gov
