Yikes, morons abound this weekend. ragingbull.com Xcit, count me in any CLASS ACTION SUIT against the Bashers to include Frisky, 1USEDLEECH, FartKyr and any new Basher that comes along... In fact, this should be started ASAP and I am willing to participate in any seed money arrangement to get the ball rolling... We clearly lost TEN's of Millions of Dollars due to these Unscrupulous Interlopers and they'll have to pay for it... Actually, I currently have a retained Litigating Attorney who might be willing to take it up or we could retain the same Attorney ZSUN is using... The KEY word here is to make them PAY DEARLY.... Hey Francoise, don't sing it, BRING IT!!!!!! For you to think that you have anything but a chance to lose a big countersuit after all your threatening and lie filled post are brought in as evidence is really just too funny. IMO you are the one that the shareholders will be more likely to sue since your bullying and threatening, as well as many lie filled and ridiculous unsubstantiated posts has turned away many a mom and pop investor.

ragingbull.com By XCIT I had dinner last night with an attorney that had worked for the SEC in the past. He agreed that the spreading of false and misleading information about a company and having a short position in a company is clearly illegal. Hey Floyd I had dinner last night at McDonalds, but I have been known to write checks to attornies that used to work for the SEC. They tell me that to post false and misleading information about a company and have a LONG position is clearly illegal. Maybe we could get all the shorts together and sue the tout posters that have repeatedly told lies and threatened posters seeking answers about ZSUN. Shorts have lost literally tens of millions of dollars because this stock didn't go as low as it should due to their false statments. It's time to make them PAY and I will gladly donate some seed money to any effort to see this done. Mr. Burns
