Dennis, sorry for the delayed response but I was trying to have a coronary doing yard work in this heat we are having out here. I see you think I am short term bullish, well, kind of. I think we tank a little first then we bounce for a couple weeks before tanking again late summer. However see Don's response to my post. He has a good possibility that would make more sense if there is more carnage on techs. If we break some important supports in tech land, there would likely be some spill over so he could be right and we could get a delay before the bounce. Regardless, I think it will be time to nibble here and there but of course I will be waiting for key suppot areas to do so. I would like EMC at 110 but 105 would be better at the 200 EMA and we have to hope that SUNW, CSCO, EMC etc don't do what HLIT, QLGC, etc are doing (breaking supports, bouncing weakly then falling through even more supports.) Yes I will be nibbling but I am leaning toward indexes more than stock picking unless some real good sales happen. When I checked yesterday, SUNW, CSCO, etc were still at PEGs of 1.3 so they still are not fair value much less bargains. Of course they WILL be the first to bounce when we hit bottom so they may not become bargains until the next wave down and could make good plays for short term bounces. EDIT - Tried to post to MDD for the first time in months since I thought it important to voice a possible bottom approaching. LG Banned me from the thread and used the new moderation option. Guess he was afraid I would point out his bold calls lately tend to come after Don does an Index Update. I wouldn't have said anything... honest -ggg- That is OK, he has all those others I see to pick on so I guess he is too busy anyway to have fun with. Every time I check in there he is picking on Paradisio, Chief and too many others for me to recall. That guy has enough chips on his shoulder to put Pringles out of business. Anyway, his piggy backing may cause us to return to SI just so there is a more obvious record of who is calling the moves first. Good Luck, Lee
