Fisher,

These comments are directed to Larry and Zeev.

First, to this point I have had a hidden agenda for posting here. I have never disclosed this fact before today. That agenda is to try and act in the best interest of individual investors trying to invest hard earned money in the very confusing world of Wall Street where many are frightened, confused, and impressionable. Much of what happens on Wall Street is to the detriment of the individual investor. The little guys don't have many friends when they try to go it alone. I hope that the content of my posts in some way levels the playing field.

Second, I am a simple man. In my estimation the only chance I have for survival out here is by educating myself and making sound investments based on fact or conclusions drawn from a logical chain of thinking. Sometimes this type of investment style requires going totally against what Wall Street tells you is right. Times like these require one to reevaluate their knowledge of the situation and make a decision based on their convictions, whether this be right or wrong.

Third, and most importantly, I believe that we have a fundamental difference in philosophy about investing. I don't subscribe to TA. I believe TA works because there are so many who do subscribe to it. It is a form of "group think". The problem with relying solely on TA, IMHO, is that it seems to discount entirely the milestone events that transpire in the history of a given company. It also does not require an investor to perform due diligence (hence, my remarks about the 8.0 megapixel cameras). Those who have not done their "homework" on an investment often post inaccurate information, whether well intentioned or not (hence, my objection to the recent posts about Seagate's garnering future SNDK earnings). Often times such comments can shake the confidence of an individual investor who lacks the necessary conviction to ride out bad times, such as these.

We have had several milestones in recent memory which I feel are significant and will impact the company in a very positive way in the long term. I remain bullish on the long term prospects of the stock. I believe the stock is woefully undervalued at present. My convictions will help carry me through during this difficult time.

I wish both of you would stay, but would appreciate comments that are at least tailored to SanDisk's prospects. I see that you have a following here on SI. Your ability to bring posters out of the woodwork are an indication of the strength of your reputations which is undoubtedly built on years of successful predictions.

Please stay.
