Biometrics seems to be drawing some attention. Especially the Sony reader, from this site. Need to scroll down to the "SecurID anyone?" header. slashdot.org steve

60 Minutes Ron, 60 Minutes ran a story on computer hacking last night. They had a segment with the CEO of Novell.....where he explained that biometric authentication will be the future of secure computing. None of the biometric companies were identified....but they showed a PC running a fingerprint program....and a face recognition program. Again......the audience to 60 minutes was told that this was a big part of the security solution.....and that it was "just around the corner." bg
