You wonder what kind of clothes someone puts on before issuing statements of that kind. Maybe a sequined gown decorated with flourescent symbols of the planets and the zodiac, a crown of acacia leaves, a scepter covered with rhinestones and a pet monkey.

i think he may be right...first we go down a bit more, then we get a rally into summer, and then we go down into the fall...sounds like a reasonable scenario to me.
