The Company (OTCBB:CRVVE) would like to update shareholders in regards to the Company's listing status, exploration program and financing. The Company is in the final process of completing its SB-1 Filing Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and according to corporate legal counsel anticipates filing in approximately ten days time. Achieving "Fully Reporting Issuer" status is paramount to Management and will result in Columbia River Resources Inc. becoming an even stronger Company. The Company will announce progress with this filing process as it develops.
