Have any of you fine fokes heard of Cytation.com? This issue was brought to my attention a couple of days ago. I invest for a living and am quite good at it, and yes I do get tips. (G) Some bad and some good---------This is a good one.... Cytation.com is a leading provider of internet-based knowledge and relationship management products and services. The company is targeting the untapped market of corporations, governments and educational institutions that wish to improve their training and course managment straties.CYTA has developed two proprietary online technologies to service its clearly defined market....... 1) Rollcall is an internet-based hosting and presentation services for online corporate training. Positioned as a turnkey service, rollcall provides an effective avenue for training managers and instructors to administer and teach courses either over the internet or on their intranets. Cytation.com anticipates rollcall sales to increase dramatically throughout 1999, projecting a clientele backlog of almost 300,000 and more than 2 million in quoted proposals.... 2) CYTA has also developed collegelink-the first and largest communications portal for students, college administrators and educational advisors in the U.S. Utilizing the internet as an e-commerce hub, collegelink facilitates commercial transactions necessary throughout the college admissions lifecycle, including fees for application, financial aid, loan placement and course enrolment....People that are interested in this issue should visit their website at Cytation.com...A ton of good information there, and you can request an investors package on line also...If I can help anyone out there feel free to e-mail myself at Rberg02054@aol.com. This issue is currently trading in the 5.00 range which I believe is underpriced...Any comments would be welcome, and any additional information would certainly be welcome....Stock pro

Ok, Mr Burns, looks like they are trying to sell the idea of a OIA spin off. Meatloaf the Ray Dirks look alike and Coachman the alias that accuses other alias's about hiding behind alias's even though he has a alias and is hiding behind a alias.

An articulate and seemingly honest reply. Thank you. I was unaware of most of the history, and know none of the "pipple" to whom you refer, however, permit me to announce that I would ally with anyone who is physically threatened on this or any other board. Let me also add for sake of balance that the situation was pretty intense going back to the beginning of the year. Perhaps it is understandable therefore that "pipple" may have been on edge. Not excusable, of course, but understandable at that time.

My professional and personal view is that this correction will emerge as more of a 1973/1974 correction rather than the 1987 Crash (with a quick bounce). That was the thread I planted with some media types I referred to in my earlier post...and yes, all agreed, including me, it is a minority point of view. But the only one that makes technical sense.

There is also a practical consideration with respect to the Fed. Chatter from around the Fed water coolers (this is a factual source) is that at 6900 Mr. G called the stock market irrationally exuberant and that until that level is pierced on the down side...he ain't lettin' up. So that is one of the bases upon which I call the downside---6899--- until then, make investments selectively in stuff you can know about. Ziasun seems like one such company. Fair enough, you think not. But should a credit crunch emerge, which is not improbable, companies with cash and access to committed capital will survive as well as prosper.

As to the baggage that predates my arrival, I say bury the hatchets and let's identify reasons why we like this stock (or perhaps not). I see the incubator stuff in the ZSUN portfolio as sort of the jewel in the crown. Spin off OIA to ZSUN shareholders and then focus on the Momentum businesses.

Meatloaf: At first glance your mention of the possible spinoff of OIA did not immediately jump the synaptic gap. However, the reshuffling of Ziasun management could give some weight to your speculative thought. Lets see Elder and Jardine are now directors....and so is Meiss.....Meiss? from Switzerland....I think of the beverage subsidiary....and an OIA spinoff would benefit Elder and Jardine and allow them to concentrate on their core business and Tobin in Asia and Hardman in the US could concentrate on the Ziasun proper. Meat may have something here!
