Yes, the housing market in the bay area is whacky.

And yes, I was talking about salaries in high tech companies... I thought that was the topic.

That's why the Fed want to pop the bubble, this wacky frenzy won't be good for the national high tech industry in the long run. What's good to the investors who bought MSTR at $330, KOOP at $45, CDNW at $23 and only see their money divided by 10 within a few months? On the contrary, those IPOers suck up tons of money to buy $50M dollar house, isn't this a crook in another form?
