Did a new "Rat Pack" from the G&K thread try to clean out the "Desert Inn"? Since returning from Vegas, I have hacked into the Hotel Security of the "Desert Inn Hotel". I excerpted the following: Reports have reached us concerning a new "Rat Pack" gang that may attempt to clean out this hotel this weekend. You will remember the original gang filmed a movie here in the '60s about a Hotel takeover. This new bunch has been losing their ass in the market the last 3 months and is reputed to have come here in an attempt to make up the money they have lost. Here is what we know. The first gang member is a California woman who is known to use a "boa" in an attempt to distract the dealers from their cards. Here is a mug shot. She is running under the alias of "Jassesq" photos.yahoo.com The second gang member is a shrink from LA. He can be identified by the disreputable beard he is growing. He is running under the alias of "Dr Id" photos.yahoo.com The next gang member is the playboy of the group. We were able to penetrate this group with an operative through this numbskull. He is running under the alias of "LindyBill", shown here with our operative: photos.yahoo.com This gang member is the "inside man". He has been coming here for years and is known by our pit boss. When he ask our people for rooms for his group, we looked at how much money he has dropped here, and figured that any friends of his would be suckers for us. His alias is "Sand Wedge" photos.yahoo.com The next gang member is the "Capo de frutti-tutti" of this bunch of clowns. When we looked at this "mug shot" of this "Don", we figured that we did not have too much to fear. His alias is "Uncle Frank" photos.yahoo.com The next member is the newest one. She drove in from LA to avoid airport security. The gang has her under tight instructions. When question by us, she would only say, "I know nothing, NOTHING!" When pressed, She finally starting chanting: "I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it!" her alias is "mmbw" photos.yahoo.com The last member of this bunch of clowns is considered their "evil genius". He is the one who planned this caper. However, the dismal performance of this group in the casino, so far, indicates that we have nothing to fear from him. RE: Seeing wireless in Europe... Glad to hear you were able to see the wireless boom face to face on this side of the pond. It is a real boom. Now, if we could only see more "No smoking" signs here in Europe than we see "No wireless phones" signs, I could enjoy the quality of life taking deep breaths... BB
