Monty stated that he thought AMD was going to gap based upon TA, and nothing else. You can look at the same charts, and you can read them differently, but you really can't argue much about somebodies else's TA. All TA could be called clueless, or correct in my opinion (after the fact, of course). I will say that "unforeseen screw up" used to be a word that was said many times in the same sentence as "AMD". I hope this association passes away. Good Luck to you! Even if AMD does gap down, it looks like it has a good future. And if it does, I'm sure long term the stock will do fine. Of course, maybe the PC is now on it's way out. Have you seen MSFT's slide? Perhaps AMD should be looking at other markets as fast as INTC is. Perhaps they already are.

Hello Sherlock, I gave you my basis for shorting AMD. When I shorted it the day it made a new high (94ish) I heard the same thing. I am sure that if I had told you back in Febr that the Naz had a gap at 3450 to fill or that LU would fill the gap between mid 50's and 70's you would have said the same thing. But since you have such a long and well established investment experience.......... People like you just amaze me. It is almost like I INSULTED your heritage. You are the perfect example of why people lose money in the market. You take it personal. You need an attitude change. BTW, the Naz has a 100 point gap in 28 hundreds. Keep your eye on it. Monty
