TRRA is backed by Telefonica Spain. Additionally, "The to-be-merged company inked an agreement with German media company Bertelsmann that commits to at least $1 billion in advertising through Terra Lycos over a 5-year period." Again, that's 1 BILLION DOLLARS!! TRRA is very well connected, and expect similar commitments from various sources as the deal progresses. When the market wants to be negative, it's not very discriminating. Shoot first, ask questions later. Nevertheless, it will not overlook this explicit $ commitment for long. cbs.marketwatch.com
