CSCO is currently traded higher on Instinet, ca. a 1/2 point gain from Friday's close.

SyncMan, I don't necessarily put a %age on MY definition of bear. I look at how it TRADES. Corrections are usuall quick and sharp like in 97 98 etc. Bears start off as a correction but then start the slow GRIND. Rallies just enough to keep peoples hope up then go down again. But that is just my definition not some gurus.

I will say that the Naz is wanting a rally real bad here and we may see it start sometime today. I LOOK (based on resistance lines etc) for it to not last more than a couple of days if it does.

But that is just my take so everyone needs to make their own decision. The problem with places like SI is that people let them have a bearing on their decisions and they really need to guard against that.
