morning lee...<One major difference is the immediate distribution of self-serving info and rumors...via CNBC and Maria and others.> right on lee. that is the point. never has information, read that hyping, ever been so quickly distributed. nor has there ever been so much of it available. i have read , sorry i dont remember the source, that we have now entered the information age. the thought conveyed was that we have yet to adapt to the availability of immediate information. nowhere, outside of government, has this had a greater effect then on the market. so, cnbc and others are playing the roles that can be expected of them! it takes a thread like market gems to make the ignorant more knowleagable of these scams.
and yes, always use stops. psychologically, it is a tool to remind me of my fallibility. (although i dont really need a reminder these days).
lets have a great trading day. regards to dort.
