OT-Vignette acquires OnDisplay for $1.7BB. 1.58 shares of VIGN for each share of ONDS. VIGN now down to 39 premarket on news, while ONDS bidding 60--almost at the full acq price of 61.62 (seems morning daytraders lack a calculator or have never heard of risk arbitrage). So if ONDS is selling their whole company for the low 60s, what was their 52-week high? 132. And co. was over 120 as recently as March.
