#11 today's watch list hanging on to positive territory.
2 earnings plays on today's watch list, the last 2 for Thursday could move up.

Thursday #2. The second one, not a tech stock, was already at a 52 week high but pulled back a bit, earnings estimates revised upward by 1 cent in last 7 sessions and over 100% EPS growth estimated in reporting quarter over same time last year.

Thursday: #3 has good earnings, is not a tech stock and could do a "WJCO" dance.

PRSF (+14% near close on Friday), ELON (+14% today, second short in 1 week), AMK (+5% picked up while AMK still positive) and ADBE (+5% picked up while ADBE was still positive) shorts are 'running'. Stopped out of both INTU and SMTC with 3.7% losses after profit taking (small profits) but

Just a warning: I've taken profits in everything long last week, most were no more than daytrades. The two I decided to "let the winners run" and left part positions in were stopped out today.. Shorts however are doing great. I would not enter anything long unless it triggered a buy. Shorts are running. i'm tempted and have shorted all daytrade rallies on the tech sector for May and so far I'm batting 100% on that front but only 1 out of three longs still remain viable more than for a few hours or even minutes sometimes. That translates in 25-30% longs are being stopped out with losses.

That is not a good sign for the long positions. I have left way more (up to 33% on the table on the short side) meaning all shorts could have run even more but not so the longs.

The advocates of the buy and hold theory are gone, not saying any longer (We are holding for long term)..

You will see stocks down over 25% and when they recover 8% the "buy and holders" will say "You see how they are up".. Careful about posters who only show up when stocks are up and touting them for longer term. Tech stocks that were already 'killed' DO GO DOWN even more.. We get stopped out and any other posts touting 'winners' for intermediate in the tech sector based on 1-2 day stair step rallies are just wishful thinkers. The most money is being made this month on the short side.
