These rate increases appear to be generating "fire sale" prices on SUNW and tech stocks in general. It appears pretty evident (IMHO) this will all end long enough before the election that we'll see increases this fall. Either Greenspan will do 3 months of 0% increase this fall (anyone see a rate decrease thrown in before the election). I read an article (forgot where) that Clinton advisors overruled Greenspan (who favored .25 %) to get the .50%. Sure looks to me like they are teeing it up for the election. If this is so we could be in one heck of a buying opportunity. Any thoughts on Fed strategy? JMHO
