Tell them you will take them to arbitration and you want it noted whom (the broker, or principal)your dealing with. You might want to ask LBSTOCKS he is a securities attourney(I think)

That's horrible.
Fidelity has to be watched closely during splits when you are holding bought or sold puts and calls. They take several days to get the new put or call up on the screen, and it can often be wrong.
At this point, you probably have to get all your proof together, go over to the Hazard Center Fidelity office and speak to the highest person in authority there, show your proof and get it changed.
Of course you can exercise at $10: what nonsense: they have just screwed up the new symbols.
