Rob, the only thing that comforts me is that I am still
up a lot compared to the same time last year :)

There was never a doubt in my mind that in the end, this
is just a bump in the long road.

BTW: Have you noticed the house value going down drastically
in the last two months around the entire Bay Area? In
Feb and March, a buyer had to put up 30-50% above asking
price to get a house, now he/she could even bargin for
a 3-5% price discount. What a turnaround!

Danny, as I'm sure you're aware, you have a good job. (Nothing to sneeze at in this market.

My portfolio went negative for the year as of market close last friday. I still believe I will do fine as will you, Danny, etc. I would never have been as stron in this down market except for some Mark Fowlers buys I made in January and sold at a lucky time. Those wins are now back in the casino.
