I should happen like the following. Since the old tech is selling off now, (a sigh that the end is near by the way), the ones that sold down already and have based with stories that are still intact and are at good valuation levels, will be the ones that come back first. We saw a little of that already, but the problem for the first ones to recover a few weeks ago was the fact that the big old high tech companies have to sell down before the market environment can create the conditions that will support an on going rally. The above mention condition is happening as I post. So one should wait till the big's are done before they enter again, as long as the economy shows signs of slowing that is. While the above sounds simple on surface, it is in reality a fairly complicated situation to understand and that's why the market is the greatest game there is.
