William thinking when we hit the lows on Compx and Ndx in April the market priced in 75 basis points. Now if the Fed decides another 50 basis points going forward for this yr. and -- i'm assuming here if Fed raises another 25 basis points in June is discounted in and the other 25 basis could come in August or Sept. This could be absorbed by the time August or Sept. rolls around because we will have built in almost three qtrs. of good earnings. Right now the picture i see on this Market will continue to trade flat for most of this yr.
