This week?s MOEBIUS is featuring an impressive profitable and well-capitalized rapidly expanding, fully reporting and SEC compliant, incubator company. ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB - "ZSUN") has announced its application for listing of its shares on the American Stock Exchange (normally a 3 - 5week process) adding even more credibility to this amazing investment opportunity.

This Company has no debt, $16 million cash, and extremely strong cash flow and profitable! Many of the incubator companies have a plan to grow their various holdings, however, they haven?t the necessary capital to employ towards expanding these companies. Many of these companies only have a business plan, and are a long way from even establishing a web site for the commerce they hope to develop over the Internet. ZSUN has accomplished this important aspect of the business in a relatively brief period of time, which points up the most important issue?QUALITY MANAGEMENT!
I guess I?m somewhat aghast at some of the valuations accorded some of these so called look-a-like companies, which offer nothing but hot air. ZSUN is delivering a growing revenue base, strong cash flow, improving, large profit margins, and a strong balance sheet, with plenty of capital.
The composition of ZSUN is a synergistic, yet eclectic, array of technology-based, mostly profitable, growing companies, which conduct their business over the Internet, and has produced some very impressive profit margins to-date.

In addition to its pending AMEX listing, the stock also is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, which gives the stock more strength and liquidity. I intend to keep you posted as to a variety of expected near-term accomplishments and announcements which Management has indicated are on the horizon. This truly is an undervalued Company that should be carefully considered for your investment.
