AFAIK their new OneWorld system is not nearly as user-, net-, and implementation-hostile as R/3.

From what one reads, few things are as hostile as SAP ... and yet they get away with it! Few things better show off the advantages of a really dominant market position than this.

FWIW, I have seen some articles recently that suggest that OneWorld is not quite all there and that customers end up having to implement some of the old applications to achieve full functionality. Regardless of where the product is, JDEC doesn't seem to have conducted their business in a way which would lead me to expect tornado-like growth, rather just more plodding growth.
