The texts exist. But are they at all meaningful? Do they exist as declarations of love from God to man? That is arguable. The most recent block of verses you quote - the ones that suggest a permanent love for the house of David - well, let's just say that the usefulness of that promise didn't pass the history test. I realize that I am straying by looking for practical verification of a textual abstract thing, but I want to drive the point home that just cuz it's written does not make it so.
