Sampat, we did break the $78 and made a new reaction low, but, we then closed above $78, so it does not count, and for the time being, I do not yet have a peak in the semi equip cycle, as a matter of fact I jumped back into CYMI at $30. According to my turnips, we should now be ready to start an early summer rally, interrupted in about two weeks by "Fed's Fear", but I think we have put in a bottom. If I am right, then CYMI should be able to take out the most recent high at $37 and move from there to the first main overhead supply area at $41 or so.

Sampat, well, today we broke that support and how. It does not mean that we will not have rallies and some quite big one, but IMTO, it means that we will not see new highs in the sector until we get back to at least half of the current values (meaning, I can now see a low of $15 in CYMI by the time this massacre is over, and I no longer see the stock reaching even $50 before we reach that low. Sorry, it turned out I was too optimistic in assuming that we will see $85 on CYMI before year end (quite sometime ago), but considering that everyone was asking not if, but when we will see $100, I don;t feel that bad. (who is the keeper of that list anyhow?).
