Quick answers:

yes, see my updates
no, I check the charts at open, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, and then watch as much as I can to the close...
no, slippage is not taken into account
in real trading, slippage has not been too bad (lost an 1/8th on the last BVSN trade). I set up two trades on my desktop in addition to the charts, one to open and one to close...all I have to do when I get a signal is to click the mouse twice. Market orders, usually. But you have to have twice the amount of cash to do this...
