This looks like a job for Frank C. Frank, when you get a chance, please stop by the Southern District Court of New York and see why Global Crossing Ltd. and friends are so unhappy with Tyco. Seems strange that the companies have spent "nearly a year" "seeking unsuccessfully to resovle" this issue of "tortious conduct and breach of contractual obligations," while managent(s) of Global Crossing Ltd. has repeated said that all segements of the network buildout were completed "on time or a head of secedual" and "below budget." As a second assingment, if you happen to stumble accross any trucks with MasTec tattooed on the side, please ask them what type of cable they are laying.
