credibility=anything that agrees with jim kelley's position,
if it doesn't support your position, it isn't credible.

This is an over simplification and only applies when one RDRAM chip is required to be in the active power state. There are many instances where RDRAM requires more than one chip to be in an active power state. For example, if you have many pages open on a RIMM.
