Well Monty I hope your position works for you.

All I'll say that is over the long run the vast majoritiy of people that I've known that shorted the markets to some degree lost their shirts in the end. Shorting the market is a very tough thing to do since the overall direction of the market over time is up. We have heard some arguments about how "overpriced" the markets are but the easy short position has already expired.

At this level in the market shorting becomes much more dangerous. The risk reward ratio doesn't favor shorts here.
If you feel otherwise then you are much more a gambler than I suspect.

As you have said in the past the name of the game is to make money in the long fun. I feel very comfortable going forward with my investment in Cisco.

This is not 1929 or 1974.....not even close!
