John and thread: I have nothing to base this conjecture on, but it sure appears to me that the "bottleneck" of RDRAM production is broken, or will be very soon. Interestingly, actual production may not yet have changed but the industry has now accepted the fact that it will change and is responding in kind. While the Intel meeting last week may not have had a public pronouncement of immediate increased production, something happened either at the meeting or right after it to bring about the current sentiment, which is far more bullish on RDRAM production outlook.
