From the Raging Bull GBLX board:

TYCO has a history of playing dirty ball and it will come back to bite them. Too many companies have files suit against them and that is not just crying wolf. Read the filings.

*the timing is quite delicious:*

No kidding.

One of the comments I often heard when I was first researching GBLX was that they would tie folks up in litigation if they got crosswise. At first I was concerned about the potential expenses associated with these types of fights (not to mention temporary loss of focus by management), but after looking over their record, I believe that this is a viable part of their business strategy.

In short, GBLX is ruthless.

There are/have been numerious carriers that will settle before the GBLX's pack of attorneys get ahold of them . . . It will be interesting to see how this situation works its way out . . . :-)
