Dear Fez: Sadly, I am a shareholder in BOTH companies. No matter which is right I guess I lose. As to the Tice comment, the SEC hasnt yet issued anything but everyone familiar with the situation feels that TYC did nothing wrong. As to the comment regarding playing dirty pool, I am unfamiliar with anyone ever saying that in the past with TYC. I know there is another suit but we on the TYC board looked into that and concluded it was a "sour grapes" sort of thing and that TYC never had a contract with that company, merely an ORAL discussion to consider entering into a contract. TYC abandoned that when they decided to lay their own submarine cable. The worst of this is I suppose there will be counterclaims, much negative publicity for both companies and this may drag on for years. Wish they could have settled their differences amicably. JDN
