We can start over. But I'm always on guard!

I never have really put much trust in brokers that hype stocks and I do all my own analysis which I'm sure you do.There are a lot of areas of the market that would be fun to play with but I stick to what I know best. We all have to figure that out for ourselves and hopefully come up with a good game plan.

I agree strongly with you that the Naz was way way overpriced but I really do like the infrastructure plays going forward. Although Alan is trying to slow down the economy (which he is doing quite well now) the underlying strength built into our economy will not slow down too much unless we get a real shock that I just don't see yet. The lost wealth effect of the markets will slow spending down enough for the fed to be happy by sometime this fall.

That's why I'm guessing that we have had our last rate increase. If the Fed doesn't raise rates June 2nd then theres a good chance that the moves are done.

Just my educated guess!
