Heh heh heh... GOOD question. Last time these conditions occurred was around March 15 and lasted about a week. With about a 10% upmove in the DOW. Short term to me is hours to days. Intermediate is days to over a week or so. And LONG term is a between that and a month. I get these timeframes from options trading! What would change my mind if the sell-off continued tomorrow... We MAY regain the 11,500 level before the big one comes along. (NEXT WEEK???) Or maybe not. But it is coming... IMHO.
