Carolyn...were there any press or brokers at the meeting?

Also, re the quiet period...I realize DNTK can't put out news but couldn't the company they are dealing with put it out? After all, we were orginally waiting for them to put it out first and why would DNTK's S-1 prevent the Country they are involved with from putting the news out now?

Thanks in advance.

The STBs -
Will be out by mid-June, shipping 4th Quarter to the EU contractor.

This STB is unlike any STB you might see today. When I asked Andy a question about US competitors such as SFA and GIC, he started in and got very emotional. I might have been offended, except that he reminded me so much of my husband that I had to laugh. (He got emotional because he believes in the product so much.)

True to form, the STB is a wireless computer (Orasis) with a fiber optic infrastructure. Same modular system as Orasis. Supports ADSL, VOD, V Cell (?), an SS7 switch (?), I/O outlets, PCI bus, USB. Is upgradeable. Works the same in the US and Europe, so you don't need that adaptor stuff. You can take your phone and plug it in and get the same quality you do in your house.

Andy said the current STBs will be outdated.
