dunno... BPNDX is at low levels (26)
BPNDX seems to be the most volatile of all BPs.
much moreso than even BPINET.
usually trips to 70 are sell signals and down to 30 buys... of course the hard part is timing it as you can't always wait for that reversal signal.

BPSPX and BPDJIA (not sure how reliable this is since it has such a small set) are at 52 and 44 respectively... so not much to be seen here IMO.

BPINET also very low at 16. does it look to anyone else like the nuts are basing and ready for a move up?
I havent' paid close attention, but peripherally it looks that way. (not that i'd play it directly, so maybe that's a contrary indication too :-)
